Victoria Bezus and dog Blika at IGP WM FCI 2022 World Championship
Victoria Bezus from Ukraine and her dog Blika became the IGP WM FCI 2022 World Champions in dog training.
Victoria is the captain of the National Guard of Ukraine and Blika is a service dog. Their victory was reported on the Facebook page of the NGU.
“Captain Victoria Bezus with her service dog Blika, who serve in one of the military units of the Northern Operational and Territorial Association of the National Guard of Ukraine, became the world champions in IGP WM FCI 2022,” – the statement reads.
The International Training Championship ended on September 11, it was held in the Czech city of Roudnice-nad-Labem.

For the first time in the history of the dogs’ training competition, a Ukrainian woman became the winner.
Victoria and her dog showed excellent results in three sections of the competition, and the highest score was in the section “obedience”.
“This is a significant victory for the whole of Ukraine, because thanks to Victoria and Blica, the Ukrainian anthem will sound and the yellow-blue flag will fly in the sky for the first time at the IGP competitions!” the National Guard noted.
